To create Steering
Step 1
To create steering, the first thing you need to go to the second layer and press x key to delete the box.
Step 2
Next, you must click on Create menu, which is situated at the upper left portion of the interface. Then go to More drop down button in Objects category and select Toroid.
Step 3
Next, a panel will appear and you need to set Sections and Sides to 12, and set the Radius and Cross Section according to the size of your car. Then press OK.
Step 4
The shape should look something as below.
